Faith & Impact.
Present our theology of stewardship, our giving model, the initiatives we run/fund, and how we measure & report impact. Provide clear next steps for partners, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
God owns it all. We steward people, capital, and opportunity for Kingdom impact and community good.
Our Faith Commitment
God is our primary shareholder. We acknowledge God as owner and leader, and we submit our plans to His purpose. This conviction shapes our decision‑making, how we treat people, and what we measure as success. We aim to operate with integrity, humility, and generosity, recognising that business can be a force for good when built on truth and love.
Guiding Principles:
Stewardship over ownership: We manage resources for the good of others.
People before profit: Profit is a means to serve people better and further the mission.
Truth in love: We communicate with honesty and compassion.
Excellence as worship: We pursue quality work as an offering.
Our Giving & Impact Model
Tithes & Allocations: We tithe from profits and set aside additional percentages for priority initiatives each year. Allocations go to:
Gospel work & discipleship (Ministries & trusted partners)
Human flourishing (counselling, mediation, family support)
Skills & employment (Academy bursaries, job‑readiness programmes)
Community upliftment (Voices of Hope projects, relief & development)
Impact Framework:
Inputs: Financial giving, pro bono services, technology, volunteer time.
Activities: Programme delivery, mentorship, content production, outreach, workshops.
Outcomes (12–24 months): Improved wellbeing, employability, enterprise growth, community resilience, spiritual formation.
Evidence: Baseline & follow‑up assessments, attendance and completion rates, job placements, business outcomes, stories of change.
Annual Process: Set priorities → Fund initiatives → Deliver & monitor → Publish audited summary → Review & refine.
